You must have a Code of Ethics completion date within the current NAR requirement years (2019-2021) to set up your key. If you need to take Code of Ethics, you can sign up for a live course or take it online.
To set up your key, please visit the Membership & Education Center on the first floor of the Realtor® Campus. You must sign a Key Agreement in person (assistants cannot set your key up for you). No appointment necessary! Staff is available to help set up your key Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Authorization Codes – If you get a new phone or smart device, your eKEY app will often require a new authorization code. For instructions on how to obtain an authorization code yourself, check out these instructions. SLBR staff is happy to help you obtain an authorization code during office hours. Just give us a call at 801.542.8840.
Agent Alerts – We want you to be safe! We have opted into Supra’s Agent Alert program. To enable this feature on your app, you must set it up individually on your Supra eKEY account. Click here for instructions.
Contact Supra – For eKEY assistance outside of our regular office hours, you can contact Supra directly at 877.699.6787. This support line is open seven days a week, 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (MST).

To purchase a Supra keybox, visit the Membership & Education Center at the Realtor® Campus. New keyboxes are always in stock. Salt Lake Board of Realtors® members may also purchase used keyboxes, if available. If you have more keyboxes than you need, or if you plan to retire, we will buy back your used keyboxes! Bring them to the Membership & Education Center, and we will mail you a check for $60 per keybox. You can also sell your keyboxes to other agents. Simply provide them with a bill of sale that includes the name of both seller and buyer and the keybox serial number. They can bring the bill of sale and keyboxes to us, and we will reassign them to the buyer’s name.
