Find Online Providers of Mandatory Classes

If you are concerned about taking mandatory classes within a required deadline, don’t worry! Most are available online. You can easily find online providers of classes like the New Agent Course or the Mandatory Residential Course by using the Education Courses Search on the Utah Division of Real Estate website.

As a reminder, each license renewal cycle requires that you complete 18 total CE credits, at least 9 of which must be CORE credits. As license renewals are done through the Utah Division of Real Estate, if you have any questions on how current events may effect your renewal, please contact the Division.

If you are a new member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors® and need to take your Code of Ethics and Realtor® Essentials courses, please note that Code of Ethics can be taken online and should still be completed within your 60-day deadline. As Realtor® Essentials is not available online, deadlines that were supposed to be met before May have been extended through May.
