Welcome to the page for Davis County Tours! The tour is every Wednesday. The geographic area covered by this program is split between north and south coordinates. The North Tour includes all of Kaysville, Fruit Heights, as well as all other northern Davis County cities up to the Weber County line. The South Tour includes all of Farmington, Centerville, Bountiful, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, and North Salt Lake.
TOUR RULES
- To participate in tours, you must be an active member of a Realtor® association in Utah, or a participating affiliate. You do not need to have a property registered on the tour in order to attend and give feedback.
- Participants wishing to have a home on tour must register their listing before 9 a.m. the day prior to the tour.
- Participants must attend the pre-tour meeting at 8:30 a.m. on the day of their scheduled tour. Meet at Church of the Resurrection (1131 S Main, Centerville, 84014). Cost is $2 per person.
- On tour days, homes being viewed on the tour must be accessible between 9:30 a.m. and noon. If a tour has more than 12 properties to be viewed, they must be accessible until 1 p.m.

Please note that all registrations are initially placed at the bottom of the list. The tour coordinator will manually assign them to the correct tour and date.
