Welcome to Davis County Tours! Our tours take place every Wednesday, alternating between the North and South ends of Davis County. The North Tour encompasses Kaysville, Fruit Heights, Layton, and all other northern Davis County cities up to the Weber County line. On the other hand, the South Tour covers Farmington, Centerville, Bountiful, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, and North Salt Lake. Join us for affiliate information, announcements, and opportunities, along with valuable insights into the homes featured on the tour for that day. It's a can't-miss event every week!
TOUR RULES
- To participate in tours, you must be an active member of a Realtor® association in Utah, or a participating affiliate. You do not need to have a property registered on the tour in order to attend and give feedback.
- Listings included on tour must be registered and submitted with an active MLS# before 9 a.m. the day prior to the tour.
- Participants must attend the pre-tour meeting at 8:30 a.m. on the day of their scheduled tour. Meet at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection (1131 S Main, Centerville, 84014). Cost is $2 per person.
- On tour days, homes being viewed on the tour must be accessible between 9:30 a.m. and noon. If a tour has more than 12 properties to be viewed, please have homes accessible until 1 p.m.

Please note that all registrations are initially placed at the bottom of the list. The tour coordinator will manually assign them to the correct tour and date.
