• Please sign up below to place your listing on tour. To simply visit tour homes, no sign-up is needed.
• Join in by using our new app!
GENERAL GUIDELINES
• Homes on tour must be actively listed on UtahRealEstate.com by 9am the morning of the tour.
• Participants must adhere to Clear Cooperation, all licensure laws, and the NAR Code of Ethics standards.
• The listing agent (or a licensed representative) must attend the pre-tour Meeting at 8:30 a.m. for a house to be included on tour.
• Please keep tour homes open from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. by a licensed agent from the listing brokerage.
• Participants can see homes in any order they choose.
• A listing may be included on tour only once (no repeat listings, please).
• Listing agents are welcome to hold a public open house at the same time as the tour, and may provide food or giveaways at the property, if they wish.
• There will be no tours the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
