LEGAL HOTLINE, FORMS & CONTRACTS
For no charge, Utah Realtor® members can call the Utah Association of Realtors®’ Legal Hotline to have an attorney personally answer their real estate-related legal questions. Members have access to a database of frequently asked legal questions and other legal resources. Members are authorized to use a large collection of real estate forms and contracts created specifically for Utah real estate professionals.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, MEDIATION & ARBITRATION
In order to enhance industry professionalism, members will be provided with Code of Ethics training and enforcement services. Dispute resolution services are also available to help members resolve conflicts in a less costly, more time-efficient manner.

Quarterly broker town hall meetings are held for principal and branch brokers. Philanthropic partnerships with The Road Home Shelter of Salt Lake City and The Christmas Box International.
